A Weekend to Remember with Lovely Service!
The spacious Beautiful Double Room offered a fine view, and the complimentary birthday surprise of dessert was a lovely touch. Don't miss the breakfast buffet. The pastries are divine! Pro tip, book a table for breakfast to avoid the rush.

The view of the room was breathtaking, the room was of high quality, beautiful furniture, a good hairdryer, iron and board a safe, etc. it was super clean and the new furnishings I really liked.
The breakfast wasn't so good, but the prices were okay. The older part of the hotel would have to be adapted. It's not very nice, the signposts could be better, otherwise you won't find breakfastroom for example.

We have already been in this hotel before and were positively surprised by the very successful redesign. Why we always choose the Royal Lancaster for a stay in London is the top location and the reasonable price-performance ratio. The only small minus is the small size of the standard rooms.

Unable to check in at advertised time. Constant running water from bath tap. Report to desk and to a separate member of staff but not attended to at all.

The fact that to get a higher room, you need to pay more. Ridiculous. Complimentary wifi is standard in the smallest of hotels, you can get it in most pubs, The Lancaster charges a laughable amount
